1. TENET
“Tenet” is a 2020 science fiction action-thriller film directed by Christopher Nolan. The film follows a protagonist (played by John David Washington), a CIA agent who is recruited by a mysterious organization called Tenet to prevent World War III.

2. INCEPTION
“Inception” is a 2010 science fiction action movie directed by Christopher Nolan. The film explores the concept of shared dreaming, where a team of “extractors” can enter a person’s dreams to steal valuable information from their subconscious. The main character, Dom Cobb (played by Leonardo DiCaprio), is a skilled extractor who is hired to perform a difficult task: to plant an idea in the mind of a powerful businessman named Robert Fischer Jr. (Cillian Murphy) through a process known as “inception.”

The film raises philosophical questions about reality, perception, and the power of the mind. It also features stunning visual effects and an iconic musical score by Hans Zimmer. The movie’s ambiguous ending has been the subject of much debate and interpretation among viewers and critics, adding to its lasting impact and cultural significance.
3. LUCY
Lucy is a science fiction action film released in 2014, directed by Luc Besson and starring Scarlett Johansson in the lead role. The movie follows the story of a woman named Lucy, who gets accidentally caught up in a drug deal gone wrong and becomes exposed to a synthetic drug called CPH4.

The drug causes her brain to unlock previously untapped parts of her mind, giving her access to extraordinary abilities such as telekinesis, telepathy, and superhuman strength.
4. FIGHT CLUB
“Fight Club” is a 1999 American movie directed by David Fincher and based on the novel of the same name by Chuck Palahniuk. The film tells the story of a disaffected, insomniac office worker (played by Edward Norton) who finds release in attending support groups for various ailments, despite not having any of the ailments himself. However, his routine is disrupted by the arrival of a charismatic, anarchic soap salesman named Tyler Durden (played by Brad Pitt).

Together, they form an underground “fight club” where men gather to physically fight each other, with the philosophy that self-destruction is the path to true freedom. As the club grows in size and influence, the narrator becomes increasingly drawn to Tyler’s nihilistic worldview and becomes involved in more dangerous and destructive activities.
5. THE MACHINIST
“The Machinist” is a psychological thriller film released in 2004, directed by Brad Anderson and starring Christian Bale in the lead role. The movie follows the story of Trevor Reznik, a machinist who hasn’t slept in a year, and his life slowly spirals out of control.

Trevor is shown to be emaciated and appears to be suffering from a severe case of insomnia. His life becomes increasingly strange when he is involved in a workplace accident that injures a coworker. He begins to experience haunting hallucinations and starts to believe that someone is out to get him.
